This May, I’m excited to launch my May Masterclass Series—a collection of live, 55-minute online reformer classes designed to challenge, energize, and refine your movement. I will teach each class live for a real-time studio experience, and each session will also be recorded so you can revisit it anytime or take it on your schedule. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve control, or introduce new variety into your routine, these masterclasses are structured to deliver a focused, high-quality Pilates experience from wherever you are.
The May Masterclass Series is built around intentional programming. Each class has a distinct focus, allowing you to target different aspects of your practice while still getting a complete, full-body workout. This is not a generic online class format—each session is designed to feel like a curated, in-studio experience with clear objectives and thoughtful progression.
What Makes These Pilates Masterclasses Different
In a crowded space of on-demand workouts, these masterclasses are designed to stand apart through structure, precision, and purpose. Teaching live allows for a more connected experience, while the recordings ensure flexibility for your schedule.
Each class is 55 minutes, giving enough time to properly warm up, build intensity, and finish with intention. The programming blends traditional reformer work with modern, athletic elements—something that reflects how Pilates continues to evolve while staying grounded in strong fundamentals.
This format works well for both experienced clients and instructors looking for fresh programming ideas. If you’re used to standard reformer classes, you’ll notice a difference in pacing, transitions, and how each piece of equipment is integrated into the workout.
Class Breakdown: May Masterclass Series
Jumpboard Masterclass

Sunday, May 16th | 12:30–1:30pm EST
This class centers around continuous jumpboard work to build cardiovascular endurance while maintaining the low-impact benefits Pilates is known for. The jumpboard allows you to elevate your heart rate without the joint stress of traditional cardio, making it ideal for both performance and longevity.
What makes this session more effective is how it’s structured. You’ll move between jumpboard intervals and targeted mat and box work off the reformer. This combination creates a balanced session that develops coordination, strengthens the lower body, and challenges stability in multiple planes of movement.
Reformer Burn: Loop Edition

Saturday, May 23rd | 12:30–1:30pm EST
This is a full-body sculpt class built around the loop band, used in creative and less conventional ways. The goal here is not just resistance—it’s control, coordination, and sustained muscular engagement.
The loop band introduces constant tension, which increases time under load and forces deeper stabilization throughout each movement. Expect sequences that challenge your endurance while requiring precision. This is where small adjustments make a noticeable difference, and where the “burn” becomes a signal of effective work rather than just fatigue.
Athletic Reformer

Saturday, May 30th | 12:30–1:30pm EST
This session shifts toward a more strength-driven, athletic style of Pilates. By incorporating both light and heavy hand weights, the class blends traditional reformer resistance with strength training principles.
The result is a more powerful, full-body workout that builds strength, improves stability, and enhances overall performance. You’ll move through controlled sequences that integrate upper and lower body work, creating a balanced session that feels both challenging and efficient.
Who These Classes Are For
These masterclasses are designed for a range of participants, but they are best suited for those who already have some familiarity with the reformer. If you’re an experienced client, this is an opportunity to push your practice further with more intentional programming.
For instructors, these sessions also serve as a valuable resource. You’ll gain exposure to new sequencing ideas, equipment integration, and ways to structure a class that keeps clients engaged while delivering measurable results.
Flexible Access: Live or On Your Schedule
One of the key advantages of this series is flexibility. While the live format creates energy and accountability, the recorded access ensures you’re not limited by timing. You can revisit classes, repeat specific sessions, or space them out based on your own training schedule.
This dual format aligns with how most people are actually consuming fitness today—combining structure with flexibility.
Pricing and Options
Each masterclass is available for $25 per class, giving you the ability to choose sessions based on your goals.
For those looking for a more complete experience, bundling all three classes provides a well-rounded progression across cardio, strength, and endurance. Taken together, the series functions as a structured mini-program rather than isolated workouts.
Why This Series Works
From a programming standpoint, this series covers three essential components of movement:
- Cardiovascular endurance (Jumpboard)
- Muscular endurance and control (Loop Band)
- Strength and power (Athletic Reformer)
That balance is intentional. It allows you to train more effectively without overloading one system while neglecting another. The result is a more complete, efficient approach to Pilates training.
Reserve Your Spot
If you’re looking to elevate your Pilates practice this spring, this series offers a clear, structured way to do it. Each class is focused, purposeful, and designed to deliver results you can feel immediately.
Spots are limited for the live sessions, and early registration is recommended.
