How it all works

Yes. Every session you buy stays in your library permanently. There is no subscription, nothing expires, and you can rewatch as many times as you like.

Log in and go to My Library. Once you are signed in, the button in the top right of every page takes you straight there. Everything you have ever purchased is on that one page.

Book it anyway. Every live workshop and masterclass is recorded, and the recording appears in your library afterwards. Plenty of people buy purely for the replay.

You will get an email with the Zoom link after you book, and the same link sits on the session page in your library. Log in shortly before the start time and the join button is right there.

Usually within a few days of the live session, once it has been edited. Until then the session page in your library will tell you it is being prepared.

Workshops are continuing education for instructors — technique, programming and how to teach the work. Masterclasses are full-length classes open to everyone; you follow along and train.

It depends on the session, and each session page lists exactly what it uses. Most need a reformer; some add a jumpboard, loop band or hand weights. Check before you book.

Only for the instructor workshops. Masterclasses are open to anyone with the equipment and enough experience to follow a full-length class safely.

A live hour with Katie on Zoom, built around whatever you bring — a client you are stuck on, a studio decision, or your own practice. Afterwards you get a short written summary of what you covered.

Card payment through Stripe at checkout. You will get an emailed receipt, and your purchase appears in your library straight away.

If something is wrong with a video or you cannot access what you paid for, email hello@pilatesbykatie.com and it will get sorted. Because the sessions are digital and available immediately, refunds are not automatic otherwise.
